Medical & Prescription Coverage
Medical benefits are administered by UMR, a UnitedHealthcare company. Employer pays 90% of the portion of the basic plan option for employee-only coverage.

PPGT provides basic life insurance in the amount of 2x annual earnings (no expense to employees). Short-term & long-term disability coverage.
Mental & Emotional Health
Our Employee Assistance Program provides a variety of confidential services, including work-life, counseling, financial, and legal assistance, at no expense to employees. Services are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Family Building
Paid Parental Leave ensures eligible employees receive 100% wage replacement with job protection and benefits continuation for a specified amount of time. Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) may be paid on a pre-tax basis.
Continuing Education (CE) Reimbursement for Clinicians
PPGT has a vested interest in providing a benefit for clinicians to complete CE courses. Eligible full and part-time clinicians are eligible to receive CEU reimbursement.
Retirement Planning
After one year of employment, PPGT will match 50% of the first 6% that an employee contributes AND will provide an additional discretionary contribution of 3% of employees’ salary biweekly whether or not an employee participates in the plan.
100% vested in employer contributions after 2 years of employment.
Paid Time Off
Eligible employees (scheduled to work 20 or more hours/week) accrue PTO, which may be used for vacation, sick leave or personal time off.
Full-time employees accrue up to 14 days within their first year of employment.
