Interviewing
PPGT uses a combination of behavioral-based and situational interviews to get to know the real you. Our interview questions pertain to who you are, what you have achieved and help our teams learn more about your skills, capabilities, experience level, and fit for the role.
Our hiring team will review all interviewed candidates and provide our TA Professional with a decision on the candidate to offer the role to—and at that point our TA Professional will reach out to you to make a verbal offer. This conversation will be followed by a written offer letter.
Onboarding
After receiving and accepting your formal offer, we'll ask you to provide additional documentation such as names and contact information for reference checks, proof of education, authorization to complete your background check, and other items relative to your employment with PPGT. To protect the integrity of our mission and our staff, all of our offers are contingent upon an extensive background check to confirm education and employment history.
Orientation
Once you have been approved to start by our HR team, your TA Professional will reach out to you provide you information about your start date, required items to bring on your first day, and go over expectations for your new role. On day one, we'll go over the history, mission, and the people that make up PPGT. We look forward to learn more about you and the talents you'll bring to PPGT.
